FCSON Scholarship

$7,500 SCHOLARSHIP DESCRIPTION & GUIDELINES

This scholarship has been established by Felbry College School of Nursing to benefit four (4) disadvantaged, low income high school graduates who want to pursue a Practical Nursing Diploma (PN), or the Associate of Applied Science in Nursing Program at Felbry College School of Nursing. The funds may be used for tuition, books, and fees only, and are to be applied directly towards the student’s account balance at Felbry College School of Nursing

ELIGIBILITY

Central Ohio High School Graduate
18 Years of age or older
Entering first year student
A minimum high school GPA of 3.0
Demonstrate financial need based on Federal Student Aid Guidelines (FSA)
Must submit a FAFSA (Free Application for Financial Aid)

AWARD AMOUNT

Maximum $7,500 per academic year
To be awarded to four (4) individuals recipients during the fall semester

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Complete the Felbry College School of Nursing Scholarship Application
Provide an official high school transcript
Provide documentation of financial need FSA, FAFSA EFC Report
Provide valid email address and contact information

DEADLINE

Application and supporting documentation must be submitted by August 1, 2018

NOTIFICATION

Scholarship recipients will be notified via email no later than August 15, 2018
